We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Rental Business Support Associate to join our team! This role involves handling essential tasks to ensure smooth operations and positive customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing rental payments, assisting with customer communications, and supporting social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
Monitor weekly rental payments through Stripe to confirm transactions are complete.
Reach out to customers regarding payment issues, general inquiries, and business-related matters.
Post advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and engage with potential customers.
Occasionally retrieve vehicles from customers who are behind on rental payments.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe) and basic customer support.
Familiarity with social media platforms and confidence in interacting with customers online.
Reliable transportation for occasional vehicle retrieval, if needed.
