Warehouse Organizer/Staging Assistant for Sterling, VA-based Home Staging Company - Fast Paced and Fun!

THE COMPANY:
Metropolitan Staging is full-service staging company that serves agents and homeowners all over the DC Metro area. We specialize in staging that is highly customized to the individual home and is styled with a cozy modern aesthetic. We are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.
THE POSITION:
We are looking for someone who can organize at the warehouse and assist on staging projects as needed. Applicants must be willing to work some hours in the warehouse (in Sterling, VA) and on-site (at property location anywhere in the DMV). The position is currently part-time, but has the potential to grow into full time. Projects typically take place on weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM.
This position is physically demanding. You must be comfortable with climbing several flight of stairs, carrying boxes and bins from home to truck and climbing ladders for hanging curtains and artwork. Our team of movers and assistants will also be there to help, but you must at least BE ABLE to do the work yourself if necessary.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has a flexible schedule and can be available weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM. MUST be flexible and creative in a fast-paced environment.
Works well with a partner or team of people.
Has a great eye for both beauty and scale
Is highly organized
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our teams work on-site in homes throughout the DC area. Stagers are responsible for their own transportation.
