My name is Lindsay Dreyer with City Chic, and I’ve been in real estate since 2004. I saw the market go crazy, then I saw it crash, and then saw it pick back up. I was able to use the internet, and sphere marketing, to find leads at the very bottom of the market. This led me to $6 million in sales in 2008, which some consider as one of the worst years ever for real estate.
