Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, seeks a direct-hire Property Management Portfolio Administrator to join their Rockville office!About You:Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.3+ years of experience in commercial real estate required.Proactive, forward-thinking and customer service oriented.Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.The Job:Manage property activity in a portfolio of 7 properties.Manage all tenant-related duties, including maintenance requests, construction activity, and providing follow-up to ensure all tenants are satisfied. Develop systems and maintain all building record processes.Manage contracts for all vendors.Other duties as assigned.This is a direct-hire role paying between $55K-$63K depending on experience.
