Property Manager - Affordable Housing (Project Based Section 8)

Management Company seeks Property Manager for a large Project Based Section 8 development layered with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Candidates must know how to complete Annual Income Certifications to determine applicant eligibility and resident rent based on their income. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years minimal experience and should understand the HUD 4350 Handbook and know how to run EIV reporting to verify resident household income.
