The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting and effectively interacting with customers and residents. Primary responsibilities are to greet and tour prospects, maintain leasing requisites, process applications, participate in resident events, and participate in community outreach activities. Superb customer service, attitude, organization, and multi-tasking are key attributes for this position. Ideal candidates should have a strong sense of team-spirit, work ethic, must possess a positive and professional attitude.
