What You'll Do:
✅ General & Emergency Repairs – Fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues as needed.
✅ Preventative Maintenance – Inspect and maintain properties to prevent future problems.
✅ Work Order Management – Keep clear records of all work with before, during, and after photos.
✅ Client Coordination – Work with property managers to complete tasks quickly and smoothly.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Follow all safety rules and regulations on every job.
Requirements:
GC license and certifications.
Experience in property maintenance and preservation.
Skilled in using industry tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
