What You'll Do:
Be a Problem-Solver: Travel to properties to meet with tenants and address their needs.
Oversee Maintenance: Manage contractors, prepare statements of work, and negotiate bids.
Provide Administrative Support: Handle mail, answer phones, and manage documents.

Normal Office Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Includes one week per month of on-call duty.
