Our client, a real estate development company in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Client Services Coordinator to join their team!About You:BA/BSc in Hospitality? Business, or a related field required.2+ years of previous experience in hospitality/service industry (i.e., background in hotel management) preferred.Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new programs/applications.Ability to prioritize workload and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.The Job:Be the face of the community and be knowledgeable about all aspects of the property.Support property operations/management and vendor management.Perform a variety of clerical and office duties in accordance with other departments.Ensure continuous improvement in quality of resident experiences.Respond quickly to resident requests, inquiries, and complaints.This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that pays $23/hr-$26/hr when temporary and converts to $50K-$60K when made permanent.
