Our client (a beverage distribution company) is seeking a temporary route admin/cashier for the their location in Hyattsville, MD.
This is a W2 position that pays weekly
Shift/ Hours: M-F | 2pm - close (6p-8p)
Length of Assignment: Temporary 6-8 weeks
Duties:
- Accurate and timely completion of cashiering and route accounting including the inputting of the deposits, researching driver's variances, updating and running all respective reports daily.
- Ensure the cashiering function is accomplished thoroughly and completely daily, ensuring the proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with other departments to foster a team atmosphere ensuring and encouraging positive work flow.
- May be required to fill in for night personnel as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Equivalent of both (1) Associates degree in Computer Science or closely related field and 2 years of route accounting experience OR (2) 4+ years of directly applicable experience.
- Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
- Related training or certification.
- Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
- MS Office including Word and Excel.
