Our busy dental practice is seeking a Temporary Collector to assist with account collections. This position is ideal for someone with experience in dental billing and collections and has expertise using ACE Dental Software and who is detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients regarding outstanding balances
- Set up payment plans and negotiate payment terms
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Collaborate with the billing department to resolve any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental office collections preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in dental billing software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
