Professional association seeks a proactive multi-tasker to support its busy Finance group!
You will:
Support finance team with calendaring, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
Plan internal meetings & coordinate all event logistics
Prepare materials for external speaking engagements, testimonies, & other appearances including PowerPoint, document formatting, and agendas
You are:
Someone with a BA (or equivalent years of experience) & 3+ years of administrative support to a team preferred!
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of adapting to changing priorities
An excellent communicator - strong writing skills a MUST
