Permit and HOA Coordinator

Looking for OFFICE POSTIOTN ONLY! Must be detailed oriented, team player, hardworking, independent, reliable, looking for someone with knowledge in home improvements (sunroom's, decks, fence, ect) knowledge with the county permit process and HOA's approval process. Must be detail oriented, this position will report directly to the General Manager directly from beginning to end of each Job. Must have good repour with the customers, and be able to work independently and as a team player. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PERMIT RUNNER POSITION, this position is working in an office only!
