Millerlawdc is seeking a part-time file clerk to assist with filing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be available to work 1-2 days per week and have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
File and maintain client documents in an organized and accurate manner
Prepare documents for scanning and electronic filing
Retrieve and distribute files as needed
Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phones and directing calls, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
