Wholesale bakery is seeking an Office Manager to join our team!
Required Availability: Minimum of 25 hours per week.
Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of Office Managerial Skills with great attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Computer Skills, MS Word, Excel, and Quickbooks is a must.
- Answer phone calls, inbound and outbound calls, follow up with customers, vendors and suppliers. Answers telephone courteously and professionally, addresses questions and follows up appropriately.
- Maintain Office Operations & Organization
- Monitor Duties & Tasks to Ensure Completion
- Monitor Record Keeping Procedures
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Maintain a calendar of daily activities, inbound receiving and shipping.
- Maintain daily data entry of orders, ingredients stock, filing, logs, warehouse receipts, etc.
- Perform routine functions including typing or written correspondence.
- Respond to routine internal/external correspondence.
- Dependable, accountable, punctual.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as required;
- Daily communication with employees, production manager and warehouse.
- Assist employees with general questions and requests.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipping; notify appropriate parties as needed.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
- Process incoming/outgoing deliveries/orders.
- Other duties as requested by the company.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills

- Attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Perform all other office tasks
- Billing & Accounts Receivable
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) / College degree
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 10am - 3pm
