Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties - Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Greet visitors and manage the front desk area - Utilize computer skills to assist with various office tasks - Support staff with personal assistant duties as needed Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other computer applications - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish bilingual is a plus. - Prior experience in an office environment is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
