Looking to hire an office assistant to work for a construction company.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who is strongly proactive, determined, dependable and willing to learn. This is a work from home position.
You will need good WI-FI.

Extreme attention to detail and experience with multitasking and tight deadlines is required
Professional written and oral communication skills necessary for internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues

This position will be a remote job.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Invoicing customer
- Write up contracts.
- Data entry and filing
- Keeping everything in order between all the systems.
- Payroll
and any other office administrative work.

remote office hours are from 8:00a.m. - 4 p.m.
Experience not required but a plus. Most importantly we expect someone to be organized, responsible and focused.
