Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our Home Health Care Agency's daily operations. This role involves scheduling caregivers, handling patient files, billing insurance, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers and clients.
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and insurance companies.
Perform insurance billing and track payments.
Run background checks on new hires.
Keep patient and caregiver files compliant and up to date.
Basic office duties: phones, emails, filing.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word daily.
Handle general computer tasks and digital records.
Must have own transportation.
Requirements:
Prior office experience preferred (Healthcare or Home Health a plus).
Comfortable with Excel, Word, and basic computer functions.
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
Good communication skills.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
