Job summary:
Must Have Excellent Skills in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
Full knowledge of bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Accounts Receivable and Account Payables
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have outstanding communication, organizational and problem solving skills, proactive and efficient and able to multi-task and have a good sense of priority.
Highly motivated, confident and work well independently.
Prior knowledge of residential construction a bonus
Part time, 2-3 days a week, 10-15 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
