What You'll Do:
-Hire, train, and develop maintenance crews for efficiency and safety.
-Use industry-leading tech to manage teams, schedules, and budgets.
-Serve as the main client contact, providing expert consultation.
-Design and propose landscape enhancements.
-Support the sales team in growing your client base.
What We’re Looking For:
-Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or related field preferred. Experience also considered.
-Strong landscaping and plant knowledge.
-Problem solver—weather, budgets, staffing issues? You handle it!
-Comfortable communicating with crews, clients, and leadership.
-Spanish skills are a plus.
