We’re seeking a professional Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player with a strong work ethic, top-notch communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for service technicians.
Enter and manage service calls and generate daily technician debriefings.
Keep the customer database updated with accurate and detailed information.
Verify and process technician paperwork.
Respond to technician inquiries via phone and online systems.
Schedule and follow up on preventative maintenance appointments.
Review completed service work orders for accuracy and completeness.
Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients and coworkers.
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in HVAC or service industry dispatching (preferred).
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Strong knowledge of VA, MD, and DC geography.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritize emergency vs. non-emergency service calls effectively.
Reliable transportation to/from our Manassas, VA office.
