Our Practice Philosophy

We focus on Complete Health™ dentistry, ensuring we provide the most thorough care to our patients. We aim to empower not only our patients but their families and communities as well. We’re searching for a confident and committed Team Leader & Treatment Coordinator to help us elevate our patient care to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary communicator for the practice during business hours.

Meet with the Doctor weekly to review and update on practice performance.

Manage and update the agreement book to ensure all agreements are tracked.

Oversee and coach team members on the Account Aging Report and Month Register for all providers.

Manage and optimize practice systems, protocols, and personnel.

Generate and distribute month-end reports by the 3rd of each month.

Communicate practice updates or changes to department heads and team members promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives through dentistry.

Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-centric office.

Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!

Working Schedule:

Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm (1-hour lunch)

Wednesday - Friday: 7:30 am - 3 pm (30-min lunch)

Saturday: 7:30 am - 3 pm (30-min lunch if needed)
