Opening immediately available for a full-time Office Assistant to join an expanding team of professionals at all-new retail showroom of an experienced Kitchen and Bath firm in the lively Cascades Overlook Town Center in Sterling, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
Email, phone, and in-person communication with vendors, staff, and customers.
Office and customer scheduling and meetings.
Business-related word processing, spreadsheets, and maintenance of office filing systems including paper files/folders.
Accounting and sales software.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and support meeting deadlines for multiple projects.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
QuickBooks system experience preferred (training can be provided).
Customer service and appointment scheduling experience is a plus.
