Seeking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant for a remodeling company in Manassas area.
Qualifications:
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
-Prior experience in an administrative role.
-Bilingual English/Spanish.
-Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
-Be able to multi-task and work independently.
-Responsible.
-Flexible.
-Organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Organizing files and general office documents.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Answers phone calls.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone e-mail, and mail.
Other duties as assigned
Position: Monday-Friday (6 to 8 hours)
