We are looking for an upbeat individual who would be highly organized and detail-oriented, have great interpersonal and computer skills, and have the ability to multitask.
Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
- Manage client information & input into our system
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and all online inquiries from customers and clients
- Schedule estimates according to the calendar, send out email reminders for estimated appointments
- Input payments into Quickbooks
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that all Invoices are invoiced
- Coordinate with Project Manager on Collections
- Inputting receipts
- Order employee attire and keep inventory
- Order Client Goody Bags and keep inventory
- Various other duties that keep our office organized and running smoothly
-All other duties as may arise from time to time
Requirements:
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable in a team-player role;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a MUST!
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with poise
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and good time management
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be computer literate (very important)
Must have proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Quickbooks Online experience is a plus
