A dynamic Mechanical / HVAC Indoor Air Quality Company is looking to hire an enthusiastic customer service representative and administrative assistant. The ideal candidate MUST have positive attitude, a team player, and conscientious and dependable Dispatcher Customer Service Rep. Only QUALIFY CONDIDATE need to apply.
We have two position with different responsibility and pay level as follow,
(1) Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Excellent Customer Service,
MUST be able to demonstrate strong customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Answering incoming calls and entering information into dispatching software.
Must be detail oriented, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient with Desktop, MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Be adaptable and a good learner
Customer support and Communication (Chat/ Phone / E-mail / Text)
Excellent Salary PLUS Performance Commission - potential making 65+K a year!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract – Pay Range (DOE)
Excellent Salary PLUS+ Performance Commission and yearly bonus.
(2) Administrative Assistant,
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of an estabilished HVAC company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and motivated self-starter that willingly takes on challenges. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Must be reliable and on time, proven by previous employers.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Marketing and Sales experience at least one year
- Experience in project coordination or office management is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations or customer support is beneficial
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures. A high school diploma is required.
