We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to handle a variety of administrative tasks, experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Visit job sites to take photos, videos, and customer interviews
Track trends and ensure our social media presence is active and professional
Assist in ordering of materials
Answer and direct phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries or routing them appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role
