We are a Museum Exhibit Planning and Design firm located in Washington DC. We are looking for someone full-time to fill our Administrative/Marketing Assistant position in our studio (this is in person and not a remote position). This is a position with growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of proposals and qualification packages
Assisting the Design and Business Principals daily
Preparing project documents
Production and management of the firm’s branding materials
Managing social media and emailing campaigns
Managing office and project supplies
Mail and package handling
Updating and managing website
Answering phones
Assist with projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Marketing or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Microsoft skills
Proficient with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suites
Attention to detail, highly organized, multitasker
Love of museums a plus!
