One of the largest non profit immigrant rights centers in the country has a need for a Immigration Attorney Manager / Supervisor. In this role you will (i) supervise immigration attorneys and other staff and (ii) assist with managing operations. The roles requires that you work onsite 1 day/week. Other work can be done remotely. This position requires: (i) an active license to practice law; (ii) 3+ years of immigration law experience; (iii) experience managing otherssalary: $80,000 - $115,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: DoctoralResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of a Direct Representation Managing Attorneyin the Detained Adult Program (DAP): (1) directly supervising junior and senior staff with a focus on professional development while ensuring the provision of high-quality and efficient services to clients, and (2) serving as a member of DAP Management, collaborating closely with other managers and program directors on program-wide issues such as staffing solutions, systems-building, advocacy and outreach, grant and resources management, program growth and stabilization, legal trainings and support, morale, and others.
