Litigator/Business Lawyer - Part Time

HAVE TO SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED - Strong experience - part time (over last two years has ranged between 15 and 30 hours each month) - has to be member of DC Bar - member of Virginia and Maryland Bar in addition, a big plus - litigation has been defense in business or employment claims - yet to go to trial, all settled - business has been company, real estate, contracts, start up companies – strong client and interpersonal skills - team player to the core - firm clients not my clients - calls and e-mails from clients each week - clients do not have in house counsel - would like to continue to practice but not full time - GOOD FIT: retired from firm or left firm to raise family - loves the practice of law - does not need the money but money would be helpful - would do to be involved, to be in a very small firm that some would consider interesting with a different approach to the practice of law and involvements in the community – have to mix in office and teleworking - non-solicitation agreement.
