Boutique law firm located in downtown DC is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Administrative Assistant with a "whatever it takes" attitude to join their team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is essential for this position. Will be responsible for maintaining the office calendar and partner appointments, scheduling and confirming meetings, preparing files for partners/paralegals prior to meetings, assisting with accounting, distributing mail and other administrative tasks as needed.
BS/BA degree preferred. 5 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant preferably in a law firm setting required, excellent editing/proofreading skills needed as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
