Job Title: Xactimate Estimator and Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Xactimate Estimator and Project Coordinator to support our home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate estimates using Xactimate, managing client communication, coordinating project logistics, and overseeing crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals using Xactimate software.

- Meet with clients to assess project needs, provide consultations, and present proposals.

- Manage all client communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects from planning through completion.

- Order and schedule the delivery of materials, ensuring they are available on-site when needed.

- Manage and supervise subcontractors and crew members to ensure work quality and timeline adherence.

- Handle insurance claims processes, including documentation, scope writing, and negotiations when necessary.

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues.

- Work closely with company leadership to align project goals with company standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Xactimate for estimating and proposals (required).

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the home improvement, construction, or remodeling industry.

- Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and experience working with insurance adjusters and homeowners.

- Experience managing and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

- Proficient with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work onsite and travel locally to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- Experience with residential and light commercial projects.

- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
