Warehouse/Shipping Assistant

Rockville based firm has an immediate opening for an experienced, dependable, organized individual to assist with warehouse operations. Duties will include receiving, inspection, packing and shipping of material (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.). Candidates should be familiar with obtaining best possible freight rates from common carriers for domestic and international shipments. Must be fluent in written and spoken English, and good communication skills are required. Candidates should also be familiar with using computers and email. Candidate must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff members in the warehouse and in other departments within the company. Forklift experience required. Salary: $20/hour plus benefits.
