CRDN of Greater Metropolitan Washington DC is an emergency response restoration company specializing in the return of compromised property to their pre-loss condition. We work with our clients to restore their textile, electronics and art. Our team restores residential and commercial properties from water damages, flood, fire, smoke and natural disasters. We have an immediate opening for a Restoration Field Technician.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial sites
Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
Flexible to assist the team when needed on any and all service lines
Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills
PREFERENCES:
Restoration experience preferred, but will train
Bi-Lingual Preferred
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available for emergency work after hours and on weekends including on-call shifts
Must be willing to travel locally or regionally as business needs dictate
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
