The job is to lift up floor boards as necessary to expose the insulation. This is old bat type insulation. It is crumbly. Most of it can be rolled up and bagged. Then sweep with a broom. Then vacuum with a shop vac. Important: Shop vac must have heppa filter (I'll reimburse you) and a long exhaust hose so that it discharges out the window. You must show pictures of your shop vac with the hoses and tell me how long are the hoses. Some of the floorboards are gapped and will be very easy to pull up. Other areas the boards are are jointed. You will need a skill saw in order to properly cut these boards at the spot I want them cut. At least some of these boards will have to be put back, enough to make the space walkable. Total area is about 200sq ft. The insulation has to be taken off the property and not left in the alley or someplace where I'm going to have to deal with it. Please respond via email with questions.
