Location: Onsite in the DMV Area (Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia)

Job Description:

Join our vibrant team as a Home Improvement Project Manager and transform homes in the DMV area! We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented leader passionate about construction and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans

- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Prepare and oversee project budgets

- Track and adjust project expenses

- Oversee on-site construction for quality and safety

- Schedule and manage subcontractors

- Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and handling concerns

- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution

- Implement quality control measures

Position: Project Manager – Construction and Home Improvement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and document ongoing construction and home improvement projects, ensuring smooth execution and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate project records and produce regular progress reports

Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and installation teams

Manage work schedules, change orders, and punch lists

Handle necessary permits and inspections to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Demonstrated experience managing projects in construction or home improvement

In-depth understanding of construction practices and building codes

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong asset

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

English required; Spanish fluency is a plus

Prior experience with scheduling, change orders, punch lists, and inspections.
