About Us:
We are part of a national franchise operating in Washington, D.C. We provide training, all supplies, and transportation for our cleaners. Hourly rates range from $17-$22 depending upon experience and time with our company. Training period for one month starts at $17. Weekly hours vary between 30-40 depending upon demand. About You:
You are serious about learning our cleaning system and delivering excellent cleaning as part of a team to our customers. You are reliable and can be counted upon to be on time for work daily. You are a motivated, self-starter who can solve problems and do not need to be micromanaged. You have ambition and are willing to work hard to have an opportunity to grow within our business.
Required:
Two years minimum cleaning homes/apartments.
Ability to work within a team and contribute to the success of the team.
Reliable and punctual.
A desire to learn our cleaning system and take pride in delivering excellent cleans for our customers.
Legal to work in the U.S.
Preferred But Not Required:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Driver's License and clean driving record highly desirable but not required.
