We are a busy home improvement company looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Hiring Assistant to help us find skilled subcontractors for our projects.
Location: Home Depot Parking Lot – Seven Corners, VA
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM (2 hours per day, flexible days)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Pay: $15/hour – Paid weekly

Job Duties:
Stand outside the Home Depot parking lot at Seven Corners
Approach subcontractors (bathroom & kitchen remodelers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, flooring, etc.) as they shop for materials
Politely explain we are a general contractor looking to hire reliable subcontractors
Ask if they’re interested in work, and collect their name and phone number
Requirements:
Must be good in both Spanish and English
Friendly, professional, and respectful
Comfortable talking to people
Reliable and on time
