We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Event Operations & Logistics Assistant to help bring our events to life by managing event logistics, transportation, setup, and breakdown. If you love working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly, this is the job for you!
Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setting up event decor, furniture, and equipment according to event specifications and ensuring proper breakdown and cleanup after events.
Transportation & Delivery: Pick up and deliver event equipment, decorations, and supplies to and from venues in a timely and organized manner.
Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage space; track inventory and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain event equipment to ensure it’s event-ready.
Logistics Coordination: Work with the event team to ensure all necessary items arrive at venues on time and are set up according to the event timeline.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment, lifting heavy items, and setting up event structures.
