Job Description: As our Nanny/Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, coordinating with contractors for household projects, and providing academic support to our children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Perform general housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
Maintain the organization of all living spaces, ensuring a tidy and clutter-free environment.
Manage laundry, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
Contractor Coordination:
Schedule and oversee contractors for household repairs and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
Keep track of household maintenance schedules and records.
Childcare & Academic Support:
Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Assist with homework and school projects, providing guidance and support to enhance their academic performance.
Plan and implement educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nanny or housekeeper, with references.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to assist children with their academic needs.
Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
Basic knowledge of household repairs and maintenance is a plus.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
