Responsibilities Consist of :
You will be responsible for assisting the driver with scheduled pickups and deliveries. This will include loading and unloading the truck. Because of this, you must be able to lift at least 100lbs on a consistent basis multiple times a day if necessary.
You must always provide excellent customer service. This means listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations. You must be friendly and courteous at all times, offering a helping hand whenever needed. By providing outstanding customer service, you will build strong relationships with our customers.
You must sweep up sawdust that has collected around the table and miter saws, assist crating specialist when needed, help with the destruction of old crates and pallets and any additional related duties as directed by supervisor.
You must project a professional image, both inside and outside the warehouse. Your attitude and demeanor play a big role in the development of your contact with others. It is essential to be polite and respectful at all times. Always take the time to communicate effectively; clear and concise communication will go a long way.
Qualification :
High school diploma or GED
Experience with power tools and table saws
Ability to lift at least 100 lbs
Fluency in English
Effective communications skills
Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime as necessary, often on short notice
