Position: Groundsman
Type: Full-Time
Location: Springfield, VA
Pay: Competitive – based on experience

What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic
Honest, dependable, and eager to learn
Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Prior tree work experience is a plus, but not required
Duties Include:
Assisting tree climbers and crews on job sites
Handling ropes, tools, and equipment
Clearing brush and debris
Operating ground-level equipment safely
