What You’ll Be Doing
● Lead daily on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects
● Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
● Conduct daily quality control inspections
● Maintain an organized, safe, and OSHA-compliant job site
● Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for seamless site coordination
● Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients throughout the build
● Proactively manage timelines, schedules, and site logistics
● Track progress, resolve field issues, and complete punch lists
● Perform and supervise hands-on work as needed
● Keep project documentation updated and well-organized
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years of field experience in construction (custom residential and/or light commercial preferred)
● Strong understanding of building methods, local codes, and construction sequencing
● Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site workflows
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
● Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate teams and manage client expectations
● Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
● Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Most importantly, a positive attitude
Preferred:
● Bilingual (English/Spanish)
● Familiarity with construction project management software (Job Tread)
