Our client, an international development firm in Bethesda, MD seeks a Recruiter/Sourcer for their busy international project team.About You: Bachelor's degree is required 1+ years of recruiting experience is required High degree of professionalism, attention to detail and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn is required Strong written and verbal communications skills.The Job: Assist with sourcing and recruiting Work on proposal recruitment for funding Prepare meeting materials and record meeting notes. Assist with outreach and sourcing through LinkedIn Communicate with both candidates and hiring managers Assist with general administrative duties as needed.This is a temporary position with an hourly rate ranging from $18-$22/hour.
