Our client, a highly respected business information publication company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Recruiter to join their team!About You:Bachelor?s degree required.5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting marketing and finance professionals is a plus.Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The Job:Partner with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategy.Source candidates on job boards, at educational institutions and job fairs, external job postings, etc.Support new hire orientation as needed.Other duties as assigned.This is a long-term temporary opportunity that pays $30/hr- $43/hr, depending on experience.
