This position recruits potential employees via recruiting website, employee referrals, school liaison, on-site recruiting and other sources. Contacts with candidates and confirms interview schedules. Checks candidates work history, competency, and other qualifications. Makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees. Assists in developing interview questions with hiring manager. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Bachelor or Associate degree in human resources is preferred.
