As an HR Assistant, you will:
Assist with the recruitment process
Help with processing employee changes, tracking performance reviews, & administering employee benefits
Assist with updating HR-related policies, procedures, & applicable labor law posters
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
BA/BS/BBA in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an institution considered accredited by U.S. DOE, with a 2.9+ GPA
0-1 year of professional HR experience
Knowledge of federal, state, & local HR laws & regulations preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Office
Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated strong problem-solving, critical thinking, & analytical skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail & organization skills
Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work within a team
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity & confidentiality
Ability to communicate with diplomacy & tact & maintain professionalism under pressure
