I'm working with a local healthcare provider based in DC that's looking to bring on a temporary to hire Healthcare Recruiter to their team.
Ideally this position would be onboarded by the end of January.
This position is open because their current Talent Acquisition Partner has decided to move on to another opportunity however they will be involved in trainings and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
Below is a brief overview of the responsibilities:
Define and execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available.
Develop candidate pipeline; and manage candidate flow throughout process.
Performs interviews and evaluates candidates.
Presents pre-screened candidates to management.
Debriefs hiring manager and candidates throughout recruitment process.
Assists management in evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and overall process
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience
1 year of healthcare recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree
Pay will be between 30-34/hr, if converted to perm the salary will likely be between 60-70k
This position is remote 90% of the time with a requirement to go to the office 1 to 2 times a week - you'd have your own office to ensure proper social distancing.
