We are looking for a RN thatnow licensed to work in Washington DC.
Below is the job description:
Client Assessments: The RN is responsible for initial and ongoing assessments to determine care needs.
Care Planning: They develop and update personalized care plans based on client assessments.
Supervision of Caregivers: RNs supervise and train home care aides or caregivers to ensure the quality of care.
Compliance: Ensure that the agency follows DC Department of Health regulations, and that care is in line with healthcare standards.
Health Oversight: RNs may provide oversight for certain non-medical tasks that caregivers perform.
