Marketing Assistant
Location: Maryland (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Compensation: Commission-only (based on successful client referral and onboarding)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

About Us:
Maiden Spring Healthcare Services and ThriveWell Therapy Inc. are trusted providers of non-medical care, skilled nursing, and therapy services. We’re expanding our reach and looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to help us build referral networks and grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and distribute outreach materials to hospitals, geriatricians, rehab centers, and churches
Identify and secure new referral partnerships with physicians, senior communities, rehab centers, and local health networks
Conduct in-person visits, calls, presentations, and follow-ups to promote agency services and build rapport with partners
Coordinate digital campaigns and manage social media presence
Assist in organizing community events and presentations
Track referral sources and maintain CRM records
Support branding efforts across both agencies
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare marketing or outreach preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
